10/10
Yo, Alessandro is a real treasure! He treated us like family, giving us local tips while we sipped espresso by the canal. The view from our room? Stunning! Breakfast was top-notch, with these nice little touches that made it feel special. Totally can't wait to do it all over again!

the location is lovely, but i expected better treatment for my 3-night stay. imagine my shock when items went missing during cleaning. also, the upstairs guests made it hard to sleep with all their noise, and still, no upgrade was offered. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't!

Enjoyed the lovely canal view, but the shower pressure was quite weak.

beautiful canal view, central hub for exploration, well-equipped accommodations
Check-in process felt a bit chaotic!!! A clearer guide to the common areas would help future guests feel more at home!!! Additionally, the shower pressure left much to be desired!!! Some minor maintenance could enhance the stay.

Delightful experience in a beautifully furnished two-bedroom B&B with a great location, minutes from major attractions. The cozy room came with a lovely canal view, ideal for unwinding after exploring. Breakfast featured fresh flowers and organic jams, making for a charming start to each day. However, occasional noise from the canal could be a distraction at night, and managing check-in times with luggage felt a bit inconvenient.

great service but some noise issues
The room we stayed in had a fantastic view of the canal, which truly enhanced our experience in Venice. Alessandro, our host, provided remarkable assistance throughout our stay, guiding us to wonderful restaurants and sights. The breakfast was not only delicious but also beautifully arranged, making each morning special. Waking up to the charming river view was a delightful treat.
However, the noise from the canal at night could be a bit distracting.
